Ramadan is a special month in Islam. One of the five basic duties of every Muslim is a post that is carried out in this month. Within thirty days of Ramadan Muslims must abstain from food, drink and sexual contact with their wives, from dawn to sunset. By the end of the month following the month Ševal the first three days of this month, is one of two holidays in Islam, Eid al-Fitr (1st, 2nd and 3rd day of the month). It marks the end of fasting. The first two days (both) are Eid days when post is not allowed.
